Sage and Garlic Penne Pasta

Bottle of Plenty Flaxseed Oil with a plate of Sage and Garlic Penne Pasta


  • 200g penne pasta shells
  • 30mL Plenty Foods Flaxseed Oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely sliced
  • 12 sage leaves, fresh
  • pinch salt and pepper


  1. Bring salted water to a rapid boil, add penne pasta. Cook for approximately 12 minutes or until cooked. Strain and put aside.
  2. Over a medium heat, add flaxseed oil to a non-stick frying pan. fry garlic until golden brown.
  3. Add sage leaves and fry for 30 seconds.
  4. Add cooked pasta and toss together, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve in pasta bowls.
