- 200g penne pasta shells
- 30mL Plenty Foods Flaxseed Oil
- 4 cloves garlic, finely sliced
- 12 sage leaves, fresh
- pinch salt and pepper
- Bring salted water to a rapid boil, add penne pasta. Cook for approximately 12 minutes or until cooked. Strain and put aside.
- Over a medium heat, add flaxseed oil to a non-stick frying pan. fry garlic until golden brown.
- Add sage leaves and fry for 30 seconds.
- Add cooked pasta and toss together, season with salt and pepper.
- Serve in pasta bowls.
