Pressed from Carthamus tinctorius botanical seeds, Plenty “heart smart” Safflower Oil has the highest purity of oleic acid, a heart-healthy monounsaturated fatty acid and is very low in saturated fats. While traditional Safflower Oil has high Linoleic fatty acid (bad fats), our Super High Oleic Safflower Oil benefits from considerably higher Omega 9 (good fats) and much lower saturated fat (bad fats) than other available oils. CSIRO plant scientists spent eight years developing the super high oleic safflowers to create a highly stable oil and an environmentally sustainable crop for Australian farmers. Plenty “Heart Smart” Safflower Oil has a mild, neutral flavour, and a lovely consistency/viscosity. Plenty Safflower Oil Australia is great for:

It is not a highly refined oil, as no extreme heat, hexane or chlorine is used in the refining process. It is gently warmed and clay is used to remove impurities.
