- Heat a non-stick frying pan over high heat. Add macadamia oil and fry chilli for 1 minute.
- Add capsicum and broccolini, and stoss in pan until seared golden brown.
- Add a dash of water to create steam to help cook vegetables.
- When steam evaporates, season with salt and pepper.
- Serve as an accompaniment to grilled steak, chicken, fish or pork.
