Sautéed Broccolini and Capsicum

Bottle of Plenty Macadamia Oil with a plate of Sautéed Broccolini and Capsicum


  • 60mL Plenty Macadamia Oil
  • 1 chilli, red or green, finely sliced
  • 1 capsicum, cut into thin strips
  • 250g broccolini, cut into pieces
  • pinch salt and pepper


  1. Heat a non-stick frying pan over high heat. Add macadamia oil and fry chilli for 1 minute.
  2. Add capsicum and broccolini, and stoss in pan until seared golden brown.
  3. Add a dash of water to create steam to help cook vegetables.
  4. When steam evaporates, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve as an accompaniment to grilled steak, chicken, fish or pork.
