Formerly Proteco Oils, we are a proud, Australian-owned, family-run business. Plenty is dedicated to the art and science of making beautiful, wholesome food from local produce. Located at Kingaroy in the beautiful South Burnett food bowl, our state-of-the art cold pressing facility is central to the farms that grow the wholesome nuts, fruits and seeds that we bottle. That means an efficient supply chain with a low carbon footprint.

HOW TO USE PLENTY
MACADAMIA NUT OIL

Using cold pressed oils uncooked preserves more of their nutritional value, but Macadamia Nut oil is very stable at high temperatures and cooks well.

Drizzle over salads and steamed or baked veges. Macadamia oil makes a delicious, creamy mayo or vinegarette.

Try a macadamia nut pesto! Substitute macadamia nuts for pine nuts and macadamia oil for olive oil, and add a teaspoon of lemon zest to the paste!
