Remember that BEAUTIFUL made-from-scratch Macadamia Mayo we shared a week or so ago? Well, this shortcut will get you BIG flavour, FAST. Just use your favourite store bought mayonnaise and take it up a level!
Just add freshly crushed garlic, salt, pepper, lemon and Plenty of Macadamia Oil, to taste. Follow the video guide! With that nuttier flavour infusion you’ll get flavour complexity with very little effort, it is easy to emulsify, and the mouthfeel is smooth and refined!

Oh my Lord! This Macadamia Oil Sweet Lemon Drizzle looks and tastes amazing! And what a brilliant use for our Macadamia Oil! Drizzle on ice cream, cakes, anything!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup icing sugar
1 – 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp Plenty Macadamia Oil
1 tsp fresh lemon zest
Combine icing sugar, lemon zest and Plenty Macadamia Oil plus one tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix well and add more lemon juice to thin the mixture to make it as drizzly as you like.
As promised, here is the recipe for the Coconut and Walnut Ginger Dressing! All the macros and plenty of flavour. So simple and tasty, it is easy to alter the ingredients to your taste:
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 Cup coconut milk
2 Tbsp Plenty Walnut Oil
1 Tbsp lime or lemon juice
1 Tbsp rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
1 tsp honey or maple syrup or to taste
½ tsp fresh garlic, finely minced
½ tsp ginger, finely grated
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine well and pour over any salad ingredients for a Southeast Asian flavour punch! Add protein for a quick and healthy mid-week dinner.
